- Creatine Monohydrate - 5g
- Beta-Alanine - 3.2g
- Citric Acid - 1.5g
- Taurine - 1g
- L-Tyrosine - 1g
- Salt - 1g
- L-Theanine - 200mg
- Caffeine - 200mg
Caffeine is the only one I take in pills, because you can OD on it pretty easily if the blend isn't good enough
